Well, time does fly when you are having fun.  It has been over 2 years since I posted and thought it might be a good time to write.  The kids are all growing like weeds, Justin is 7, Elizabeth is 5, Nathan is 3 and Jonathan is 1.  Justin and Elizabeth got to go to music school this year and Justin played the cornet and the guitar.  Elizabeth sang and participated in the timbrel/dance class.  Wow I feel old.  Check out the pics.

Well, it is about time you guys came back.  I have been waiting out here in cyberspace for you guys!  OK that is not true, I have been lazy and forgetful but such is life.

Everything is going here.  It's good, it's not bad, it's just going.  This is the first year in seven years I don't have to worry about moving this June so that is a positive.

A note for evryone who might be interested I am need of a youth pastor.  We need someone who can start Sept. 1, 2005.  If you are interested send me your resume.

Well, I have to get back to business but now everyone can stop complaining about no updates.

Ok so I have now missed most of the month of March.  I warned everyone that I was not that good at this sharing stuff but we push forward.  Derek is home and now the owner of a new car that he won't be able to drive for the 5 months he is in Korea. Ha-Ha! Jason is at our house now, which happens everytime Derek comes home.

I do have some real sharing stuff this time though.  We found out last week that we are having another boy!!!  That will make three boys and 1 girl and that is justice.  that is justice for all the arguments and decisions that I lost because my sisters outnumbered me.  I am very proud to have my one and ONLY princess, little Miss Elizabeth.

Well, now I shared so there.  Dave, don't worry Alisha is teaching my dad how to use Xanga.

I kind of missed last week, even with Alisha ngging me about it.  I am disappointed that everybody seems to be getting rid of their Xanga sites.  Come on guys, I just got caught up you can't leave me behind again!  Anyway on to real matters, let's talk about change.  Is change necessary or inevitable or both?  Do we have to change, wnat to change, or need to change?  If we change are we conforming?  Are there things we must conform to?

Please feel free to answer these in depth but know that I am looking for your insight, not necessarily the text book, proper answer.

God bless you as you journey closer to him.

Well, it seems that no matter how much I want to, even with nagging reminders all around, I cannot seem to comment more tha once a week.  Well, at least that is a start.  I have a question today, one that is really frustrating me here in our appointment and that is, when you are choosing a church (or Corps) what is it that you are looking for?  What is it that gets through the door and then what is it that keeps you there?  Our Corps has really been on the decline for a couple of years and I don't seem to be able to put me finger on why we cannot attract people.  Your insight would be greatly appreciated.

On a more personal note, DEREK IS COMING HOME!!!!  Although according to Fingar I won't see him because he is spending his whole leave on a road trip but it doesn't matter because he will be home, at least for a short while.

Well, that's all for today (or this week). May God truly bless you all.
